Refund Policy

At Wash n Chill, we value your time and strive to provide a smooth booking experience. Please review our refund policy before booking an appointment.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

A duplicate payment or booking error occurred.

We are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment issues, weather closures).

Note: All sales are final once the service has been completed or fulfilled.

No-Shows

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the booking fee is non-refundable.

A new appointment will require a new booking and payment.

Late Arrivals

Customers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. A 15 minute grace period is allowed.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be required to book a new appointment with full payment.

Packages & Memberships

One-Time Wash Packages: Non-refundable once used.

Monthly Memberships: Memberships may be canceled at any time. No partial refunds will be given for unused days in the current billing cycle.

Gift Cards & Prepaid Services

Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your wash or detail:

Please notify a staff member before leaving the premises, and we will immediately address the issue 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 6 hours before your scheduled time at no cost.

Reschedule requests made within 6 hours will require a rebooking fee of $15.
